I think my goods are incorrect, should I reject my delivery?

If you have the incorrect goods, it is best for us to verify this prior to the goods being offloaded from the vehicle.

Please contact us whilst the driver remains on site and we will immediately investigate for you. We may need you to email us photos of the crate labels in order for us to check for you. 

With some products, especially those that originate overseas, crate labelling may differ from the name of the goods you have purchased. This is due to quarries using working titles during production prior to the goods being packaged for sale by the leading brands. 

Similarly, at Paving Superstore, we often offer our own brand products that are 'white label' products from leading brands. These may sometimes retain their original brand labelling. 

For this reason, the goods may not actually be incorrect, just labelled differently and we will be able to identify this whilst on the telephone or live chat to you and reassure you accordingly. 

In the unlikley even that the goods are indeed incorrect, it is always better to keep them on the vehicle as this way it is far easier to remove them from your property than if they have been offloaded. In which case, we will immediately look to rectify the problem for you and ensure the problem is resolved as quickly as possible.
