We do our best to keep stock information on our website as accurate and up to date as possible and when an item is not immediately available, we offer you the option of pre-ordering enabling you to take your place in a queue for the next batch of the product when it arrives. Occasionally, some of our most popular products can run out of stock at short notice and if this happens, we will let you know as soon as the order is processed if this is the case.

In the rare case that your order is out of stock, we will always try and find the most similar alternative with the same or another brand for you should instead of waiting for the next batch of stock to arrive. Our experienced sales team are fully aware of which products are comparable across the wide range of products we offer from all the leading brands. Alternatively, you are welcome to cancel your order prior to any goods being dispatched.
