Yes – you can cancel your order free of charge providing the goods have not yet been dispatched. The exception to this rule would be items that are made to order for example turf or sedum which is harvested ready for delivery to you, bespoke items and split packs that are made up to your specification. Do note, we quite often prepare your goods soon after your order has been placed in order to get them delivered to you as quickly as possible.

It is also important to know that if the goods have been dispatched before you cancel the order, then you will be responsible for the costs associated with returning the pallets back to the supplier. This charge will usually be in excess of £150.00 per pallet, but will differ depending on the type of goods ordered, so please contact us for more information.
